Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel to be very pleasant and pretty, with comfortable and cozy rooms that offer a lovely view towards the mountains. The outdoor sitting area enhanced the experience, but unfortunately, there was no super nice mountain view. The service was a mix of nice with great facilities, although there were some instances of rudeness. The location was excellent for skiing and shopping, very close to the ski lift and supermarket. The dining experience was nice, although there were a few minor missing elements. Overall, the hotel's facilities were fantastic.
The hotel is wonderfully located right on the slope, offering chic and stylish rooms but with a slightly disconnected feel due to being only accessible by elevator.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with comfortable rooms and an extraordinary spa. The location is extremely convenient near the ski lifts, providing easy access to the mountain. The dining experience was great with a good selection of fresh and tasty dishes, but there were minor things missing. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and had state-of-the-art equipment, which was great. However, I was a bit confused by the lifts at first but the service from the staff was nice and accommodating. The location was excellent, right by the slopes in Laax Murschetg, making it easy to find and well located. The dining experience was good with an excellent selection of food. The facilities were top-notch, with everything I needed available.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were stylish with a huge sauna and steam bath facilities, but the glass shower with minimal frosting made it uncomfortable as privacy was lacking. The lack of instructions in the room was also a downside. However, having a balcony was a nice touch.
My stay at the hotel was amazing. The nicely designed room with a fabulous terrasse and mountain views made it feel warm and comfortable. The extraordinary spa added to the pleasant experience, even during the busiest time in the season.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though advertised with a sofa bed, were new, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, but the price for just one night was on the pricey side. The service left something to be desired as they were not friendly and a bit rude when handling queries. The location couldn't have been better for skiing, being steps away from the ski lift and ski school, but there were safety concerns with a wet floor and lack of lighting. The dining experience needed improvement with the need to book in advance and some missing elements, although fresh farm-to-table products were appreciated.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is superb for skiing right next to the biggest gondola station, and the rooms, while big, offer minimal privacy due to the transparent shower glass. The service was cold at times, especially from receptionists, but very accommodating for spa usage. The dining experience was good overall, offering fresh and tasty dishes, despite needing booking in advance. The facilities were amazing with a huge sauna and steam bath setup. Definitely a great choice for a ski getaway.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were nicely designed, neat, and provided a warm ambiance, making my stay comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The spa was extraordinary, adding to the relaxation. However, the only downside was the limited space inside the room which only had a tiny bench without enough room to put on shoes.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and beautiful with high ceilings and a large terrace, making them feel even bigger. However, they seemed a bit more run-down compared to last year. The service was exceptional - the staff were helpful, pleasant, and made my stay enjoyable. The location couldn't be better, right on the main street level with easy access to stores and even a supermarket. The dining experience was superb, and I particularly enjoyed the variety of fruits. Overall, a great value for money experience.
